License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal Agreement

between you and VintaSoft Company for VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using and testing the VintaSoftBarcode.NET

Library, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal Agreement

between you and VintaSoft Company for VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using and testing the VintaSoftBarcode.NET

Library, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not

agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use

the VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library.

Any reproduction or redistribution of the VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library or any

its component not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly

prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

License Terms.

1. Developer is defined as an individual engaged in the development of

a software application.

2. Application is a software application in which VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library

is used.

3. Server is an internet or intranet server on which VintaSoftBarcode.NET

Library is used.

4. Class Library is a VintaSoftBarcode.NET class library (VintaSoft.Barcode.dll

file).

5. Software is a VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library which includes

VintaSoftBarcode.NET class library, documentation, examples.

License Types.

VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library is licensed on a per-developer and per-server

basis, one license is required for each developer who uses

VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library and for each server on which VintaSoftBarcode.NET

Library is installed.

There are 3 basic types of licenses issued for VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library,

these are:

1. Single Developer License.

Allows to use Software by One Developer in any development environment

except web environment (Software cannot be used in web projects with this

license). Developer Licenses are non-transferable between developers.

Class Library can be re-distributed as a part of your Application, but the

total annual re-distribution of Class Library should not exceed one hundred

copies in any year.

2. Site License.

Allows to use Software by Any Developers of One company at a single

physical address. Allows to use Software in any development environment

except web environment (Software cannot be used in web projects with this

license). Class Library can be re-distributed as a part of your

Application without limitations.

3. Server License.

Allows to use Software on a single network server which has a unique

domain name or IP address, for example "www.your-server.com",

"my-local-server" or "192.12.73.247". License will be valid only for

internet/intranet applications located on server, for example

"http://www.your-server.com/somepath/app1",

"https://www.your-server.com/somepath/app2" or

"http://192.12.73.247/somepath/app3".

Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of VintaSoftBarcode.NET

Library or any its component is as follows:

You may:

1. Use Software in design mode (Single Developer and Site Licenses). Use

Software on a single network server for the purpose of integrating Software

with web applications and web content you produce (Server License).

2. Create commercial Applications and distribute them with your executables,

no royalties required.

3. You can create as many applications as you want.

4. Receive support by e-mail to answer questions and solve problems referred

to the Software.

You may not:

1. Use Software to create a service or utility which exposes the functionality

of Software to other users in such a way as to compete, directly or

indirectly, with Software.

2. Create DLLs, or any other derivative tools to be used at design mode in any

development tools, which includes Software.

3. Only the Component can be distributed. Distribution of the Software

documentation, source code, or the registration codes, is a violation of

this agreement.

4. Use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,

disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program,

or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this

agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and

automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or

civil prosecution.

NO WARRANTIES.

VintaSoft Company expressly disclaims any warranty for the VintaSoftBarcode.NET

Library.

THE VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS

PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR

IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES

OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR

NONINFRINGEMENT.

THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF

VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library REMAINS WITH YOU.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VintaSoft Company BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,

INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER

(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS

PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION,

OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OF

INABILITY TO USE VintaSoftBarcode.NET Library.
